Tracy Plummer

Tracy Plummer joined the Fire and Rescue Service in 2008 as a Firefighter Control.  In 2016 Tracy became the Training Officer for the Control room and created and developed new training packages to train existing staff.  She also ran a number of training schools for new recruits.  

In 2018 Tracy decided that she needed a new challenge and moved across into a more Operational role within the Incident Command Training Team.  Since that move, Tracy has become an integral part of the team and creates training and assessments for Commanders of all levels.  

She is a qualified ICL1 Commander, JESIP trainer, Incident Command Trainer, Assessor and IQA.

Within Gareth Lloyd Technical Rescue Ltd, Tracy provides an overview for assessments, is an approved assessor and will Quality Assure any assessments to ensure they meet the required standards.  Tracy makes the formal link between the accredited providers and schemes and also provides administration services.
